Vital advises of appointment of KordaMentha
Vital Healthcare Management Limited as manager of the Vital Healthcare Property Trust advises that its Independent Directors have appointed KordaMentha to prepare an independent appraisal report in relation to the restricted transfer notice given by NorthWest International Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust on 2 April.
KordaMentha has been approved by the NZX as a suitably qualified independent firm for that role.
