Sean also thanks Steve for his very significant contribution to our highly successful, Property Masters Events. This very successful event is on again for the 8th time in May. Thousands of people have had great inspiration and learning experiences because of the fantastic performance of the PropertyTutors crew, as led by Steve.

After various corporate roles, with companies such as Coca-Cola, Phil has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. His career has included the awarding of Elite status as an agent for Ray White, placing him in the top 2 % of agents internationally for the Ray White group, a very significant achievement.

We have a number of new initiatives to be implemented in coming months, including further implementations in their very successful IT initiatives, for in-the-field use by property investors.
