2012 Impact was awarded the contract to provide project

Simplifying
the largest insurance claim in New Zealand history
In March 2012 Impact were appointed to provide
strategic advice and management support to the CCC as the
Insurance programme manager. The Insurance claim settlement
for the Council is potentially the largest in New Zealand
history covering thousands of assets valued at billions of
dollars. More here.

company – Planning Matters. Managing Director Andrew
Willis led the team that developed the Christchurch City
Council’s Central City Recovery Plan planning framework
and played a key role as part of the Christchurch Central
Development Unit that delivered CERA’s Recovery Plan and
Blueprint.
