Come and see the future: Our Energy Future EXPO 17 and 18 May 2013

Christchurch Agency for Energy (CAfE) has organised Christchurch’s first Energy Future Expo in partnership with the Association for the Promotion of Electric Vehicles (APEV) and Solar Cities. The Expo is showing energy efficient products and services to the residents and business owners of Christchurch. Over 30 exhibitors featuring solar power, energy efficiency and electric vehicles are on display and several thousand residents are expected to attend.

Merv Altments, CAfE CEO says “The Our Energy Future Expo showcases the energy efficient choices that can be made in our homes, within our businesses and to our modes of transport now and into the future. It’s free to attend and we’re holding the Expo on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 May at Christchurch’s newest event space, The Events Hall at The Air Force Museum in Wigram. People can come and look at the exhibits and hear first hand from experts in the speaking programme we have.”

CAfE has sought displays and information on
- Solar energy
- Electric transport
- Home and business heating
- Ventilation and insulation systems
- Water storage and grey water systems
