Drake Business Logistics (DBL) and Swiss Post Solutions (SPS) Establish Partnership In Australia and New Zealand
Sydney, 30 May 2013 – Drake International, a leading provider of human resources solutions announced today the establishment of a new business unit in Australia, Drake Business Logistics (DBL), providing outsourced strategic business processes and comprehensive document management services. Swiss Post Solutions (SPS) has licensed Drake Business Logistics as its official partner for supplying services and technology solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
Drake Business Logistics is a new company formed as a joint venture between Drake International and Office IQ Limited, a New Zealand based business process outsourcing (BPO) company, to provide a comprehensive range of BPO services in Australia and New Zealand. Drake Business Logistics is headed up by CEO Grant Mackenzie and COO Scott Turner, who have a combined 35 years of experience in the business process outsourcing space.
The company will operate under a licensing agreement with Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a subsidiary of Swiss Post, which will provide Drake Business Logistics with access to leading edge technology, systems and processes. Drake Business Logistics will be Swiss Post Solutions’ official partner for supplying services and technology solutions in Australasia.
Designed to replicate Swiss Post Solutions’ global business model to provide similar services in the Australia and New Zealand markets, this joint venture business has been formed in response to demand by several of Swiss Post Solutions’ global clients for a presence in the region.
