Allen Realty Launches New Meth Management Service

Press Release: Allen Realty Ltd, 3 July 2013

Allen Realty Launches New Meth Management Service

Award winning property managers Allen Realty Ltd have launched a new service to test and monitor the presence of Methamphetamine, also called ‘Meth’ and ‘P’, in Auckland rental properties.

Simon Allen, Business Development Manager and award winning property manager reports that “recent publicity in the media about the damages Meth can cause to rental properties encouraged us to investigate how we could offer better protection for our landlords and tenants. Now we have an increased ability to ensure tenants are moving in to safe and clean environments which ultimately helps protect the landlord’s investment.”

Allen Realty already had a “zero tolerance” for the consumption of drugs in properties they manage and this new service continues to expand on this stance. Allen Realty has worked with industry specialists Meth Solutions Ltd to establish this Meth Management Service for customers requiring a higher level of protection.

The Meth Management Service includes periodic testing for Meth contamination as well as the option to install fixed monitoring devices at rental properties. In order to implement this service, all Allen Realty property managers completed training to become certified Meth samplers which allows them to take samples during inspections.

The new programme is the latest in a long line of new services Allen Realty has released in an order to better protect properties while offering a better customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Allen Realty is a 100% specialist Auckland residential property rental management company with branches in Mt Eden, Greenlane and Manukau.
