New Publication Targets Chinese Property Investors
New Publication Targeting Chinese Property Investors Launching
A new bi-annual publication, the New Zealand Property Investment and Building Guide – Chinese Version, is being launched by Elevate Productions targeting the highly active and very valuable Chinese market segment.
“Response has been fantastic – there is strong recognition that this is a hot segment of the market, and a growing one,” says co-Director, Mark Graham.
“Chinese love New Zealand-made products,” adds Pauline Gao, Graham’s co-director, “because they know they are well made and they trust New Zealand builders, too, because they know the building rules.”
The publication will cover property investment in New Zealand, focusing on Auckland and Christchurch but also looking at other main centres as markets are starting to move further afield, and it will have information around the building consent processes as well as advice on design, construction and product selection.
“We have confirmed distribution through the Chinese website, Hougarden.co.nz, a joint venture with Realestate.co.nz, a number of other high profile Chinese websites and media outlets, a database of real estate agents and immigration consultants and we’re finalising magazine stores and supermarket outlets, including bookstores at international airport terminals”, says Graham.
Elevate Productions is a joint venture between Multimarketing, a marketing services company owned by Pauline Gao, and Straight Up Productions, owned by publishing entrepreneur, Mark Graham, and publisher of Building Guide, Design Guide and BoB – the Business of Building and the Building Guide and BoB websites.
