SUBWAY Restaurants Voted Most Trusted Brand for Third Year

SUBWAY Restaurants Voted Most Trusted Brand for Third Year

Subway® has left no doubt that it is a brand Kiwis can rely on. It has just been voted New Zealand’s number one trusted fast food brand in the annual Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands Survey - the third year Subway® restaurants has scooped the award.

Robert Saunders, Subway® New Zealand Senior Marketing Manager says it’s rewarding to have earned and retained the trust of their customers.

“To be recognised again is testament to the hard work of everyone across the Subway® business,” says Saunders. “Over the past 12 months we’ve focused on driving healthier menu options, delivering unique customer experiences through our Subcard loyalty programme, and continuing to provide superior customer service.

“We’re grateful to both Reader’s Digest and our loyal Kiwi customers for this recognition and their continued confidence. This acknowledgement is a positive indication of the sustained effort by Franchisees and Sandwich Artists™ across the country. We know Kiwis trust us to deliver a great quick service dining experience and we’re committed to keeping that trust in our brand.”

It’s a year of threes for the Subway® brand; in February, it was also named New Zealand’s ‘Quick Service Restaurant of the Year’ in the Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Awards for the third year running.
