New Tauranga Chamber of Commerce Board Announced
Tauranga Chamber of Commerce today announced their new board for the year ahead.
Returning President Paul Bowker welcomed the two new members Phillip Julian (Port of Tauranga), and Peter McKinlay (McKinlay Douglas Ltd), and said he was pleased there was new blood, while existing members could build on their knowledge and contribution from previous years.
“The new board will have some important strategic decisions to make in the year ahead,” he said, “so it’s very positive we have an excellent group that knows the business and local environment well.”
“We intend to make some constitutional changes, and will be bringing these prior to the AGM for members consideration in September,” he said.
