Linda Watson, Senior Consultant at Workbase

Linda Watson has joined adult literacy and communication specialists, Workbase, as a senior consultant.  Her responsibilities include business development and client relationships.

Before joining Workbase, she was Waitemata District Health Board’s Learning and Development Team Leader where she worked on programmes to improve health consumer services, and to develop organisational capability.

Linda Watson has a strong organisational development background and is highly experienced in strategy, leadership development, culture development, competency frameworks, and building human capital and capability through training and development.
