What is it?
HDmusic is an online
music download store, where every album is available in at
least CD Quality. More excitingly, our 24bit HD Studio
Masters offer the best sound quality that is
currently available for those recordings.
Why?
People have their music collections
everywhere now; phones, iPods, tablets, computers or in the
cloud. For the listener, the biggest cost of this
convenience is usually the audio
quality.
HDmusic is different to other online
music stores, most of which only offer lower-quality music
formats, such as mp3. Though these files take up less space
on your hard drive, they only contain between 10% and 25% of
an original CD's music data.
At HDmusic, we offer
New Zealanders the highest quality available for
every album we have!
Who wants it?
With
our 24bit HD Studio Master files, the listener can
hear everything that the musicians, producers and sound
engineers heard in the studio when recording their
masterpiece - this is the purpose of HDmusic.
