BP Leads Further Price Reduction At the Pumps
BP has this morning led a further national price reduction on petrol and diesel at its company owned sites. BP has decreased the price of petrol and diesel by 3 cents per litre, bringing the price at most BP owned service stations to:
91 Unleaded
$ 218.9 cents
per litre
95 Unleaded
$ 227.9 cents
per litre
Ultimate 98
$ 235.9 cents per litre
Ultimate
Diesel $ 154.9 cents
per litre
“There is still obvious volatility in the market with tensions in the Middle East, and the outlook remains uncertain. But right now the uncertainty has led to decreases in international product prices,” BP Communications Manager, Jonty Mills said.
“This, combined with a strengthening of the NZ dollar has enabled us to pass on another reduction at the pumps. We’re pleased to be able to pass these benefits on as quickly as possible,” Mills added.
“We don’t know how long this trend will last but it’s great that we can pass these benefits through to motorists quickly at the moment,” he said.
