Pitt & Moore Finalist in NZ Law Awards
Pitt & Moore Finalist in NZ Law Awards
Long-standing Nelson law firm Pitt & Moore is the only Nelson or Tasman law firm in the finals for the Regional/Suburban Law Firm of the Year Award 2013, a category in the New Zealand Law Awards.
The firm has been nominated for their excellence in service. They are one of only two South island finalists in their category.
The criteria include that the firm must possess leading expertise in advising across a broad range of practice areas, must provide excellence in client service and must be a standalone office based outside the four main centres.
Nominations for The NZ Law Awards come entirely from clients and the winners are chosen through an online voting system, where it’s the client’s comments that carry most weight.
Pitt & Moore Partner Graham Allan says it’s an honour to have been nominated.
“These awards are client-driven so it means a lot to us that clients respect our service to them enough to put us forward, without our knowledge. We’re extremely pleased to be the only top-of-the-south finalist and we’d like to thank our clients for taking the time to acknowledge us in this way,” says Graham Allan.
Voting to determine the winners is currently underway until the 3rd of October.
Clients are able to vote online by going to the www.lawawards.co.nz website. Each question carries a rating to provide qualitative data to help identify the winner.
The winners will be announced at the Law Awards black tie ceremony on Thursday, 7th of November 2013, held at the Auckland Museum.
