MEXICO pop ups in Ponsonby

From its beginnings as a moody space in Auckland’s Britomart, Mexico is excited to announce it is opening in Ponsonby. Offering mouth-watering cuisine with a loud and lively vibe, its light and fresh approach to Mexican fare will be a welcome addition to one of Auckland’s most renowned hospitality precincts.

Ponsonby dwellers are no doubt familiar with this culinary haven that emulates the fast-paced and energetic atmosphere found on the streets of the Mexico. Its menu boasts big, spicy and complex flavours, best washed down with jugs of fruity cocktails, top-shelf tequila and a long list of Mexican beers.

“We’re so excited to be opening in Ponsonby, and to rub shoulders with some of the best restaurants in the city,” says Director, Mimi Gilmour.
