Seminar for Aspiring Property Investors
A Nelson-based business and property coach, Wayne Densem, will present a seminar sponsored by ITM Building Centre, for locals interested in launching their property investment portfolio.
Mr Densem, who has over 23 years of property investment experience, says the seminar will cover the benefits of investing in property, including simple tips on how to get started.
“Property investment is a practical and accessible way to start building equity and wealth, but often people don’t know where to start,” says Densem.
“This introductory seminar is designed specifically for those people and will highlight the multitude of advantages, in addition to sharing avenues for people of all ages and stages to get started on the property investment ladder.”
Chartered Accountant, Alison Blanchett, will also speak at the event and all entry proceeds will be donated to the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter Trust.
