Skinfood gets a makeover – inside and out
The skincare experts behind Skinfood are excited to announce new look packaging along with updated recipes for the New Zealand-made skincare range. Launched in 2002, Skinfood offers affordable quality, paraben-free skincare designed to cleanse, nourish and protect the skin of both sexes and all ages.
Ten years on from launch, the Skinfood team has refreshed their products, taking inspiration from the fantastic innovations and resources in natural skincare that the industry has welcomed over the past decade. The result? Premium quality, yet affordable skincare inspired by nature, and made with the finest food and natural-based ingredients.
Delicious, new additions can now be found across the 15-product strong range, including goji berries, coconut, avocado, and blackcurrants – that give skin much-needed nutrients. The ever-popular Skinfood Body Butter now contains mango butter, manuka honey and macadamia nut oil for soft, supple skin; while the Skinfood Exfoliating Scrub boasts cucumber extract, walnut shell, aloe vera and lime, to clear and cleanse.
As well as enhancements on the inside, Skinfood has undergone a beauty transformation on the outside, with refreshing new branding and packaging. The new look and feel is crisp and contemporary – appealing to the savvy skincare consumer. The design takes cues from New Zealand’s beautiful landscape, and Skinfood translates these qualities into its products.
Furthermore, over the next six months Skinfood will be releasing a plethora of new products, starting with the November release of Skinfood Body Bars – featuring an easy to use saddle shape, and offered in four delicious flavours; Nourishing (rosehip, orange, wheatgerm and apricot), Cleansing (manuka honey, lime and avocado), Exfoliating (ground macadamia shell, sweet almond and orange), and Mud & Honey (natural volcanic mud and manuka honey).
