In 2008 Craig moved to Shanghai to setup and manage Radiant Systems Shanghai. During this period he developed the China channel to include 4 channel partners covering Greater Shanghai, Beijing and Southern China. Craig built this business up and delivered an average of 40% year on year growth.

In 2011, after Radiant was acquired by NCR, Craig took on the role of Regional Director, Asia Pacific Hospitality. He led a direct sales strategy to close multiple major chains including the likes of Wendys, KFC, Gloria Jeans abd Burger King China. Within three years he grew a committed pipeline from zero to over $30M. His team won a leading market share in China, Australia, Thailand and Philippines.

With Craig’s strong Retail Petroleum and Convenience Store experience he is an ideal fit for Invenco’s positioning in the market. Craig is an innovative thinker but also an energetic “action man” who covers a lot of territory quickly.

Invenco CEO, Dave Ritten says “It has been fantastic to get Craig on board. In a matter of weeks he has made a real impact on our business. His individual energy and enthusiasm is remarkable, but he also fully understands the value of motivating and aligning the whole team in order to achieve the company objective. I have no doubt that we will be on winning streak for many years to come now that we have Craig on our team”.

Craig went on the record to say “I am really pleased to be part of Invenco. Before joining I researched Invenco thoroughly and was amazed at both the depth and breadth of technology that they have developed. I believe that with the right business development strategies in place we can transform Invenco from being a regional player into a global dominator in it’s chosen vertical markets. I believe that Invenco brings real innovation to the automation and self-service payments segments and we can demonstrate significant measureable value to our customers. I am looking forward to help build a substantial global business in this segment.”
