IntegraPay helps childcare centres
create seamless payment flow
The Australian Childcare industry can now take advantage of IntegraPay’s electronic direct debit registration (eDDR) offering- a secure, paperless method for the establishment of automated direct debit payments from parent bank and card accounts for childcare fees.
IntegraPay eDDR increases centre efficiency removing the need for staff to enter payment information which is both time consuming and at risk of data keying errors. The eDDR is also customisable to logo, specific parent information and payment options.
IntegraPay’s General Manager Mr David Urry developed the solution on the back of customer feedback.
“We continue to identify ways to make our payment process more efficient. We want our clients to spend less time on payments and more time working with the children. Childcare centres want payments to go through seamlessly and so do the hard working parents.”
“Since we converted our new clients to Electronic Direct Debit Registration they are saving one-hour per enrolment. Childcare centres no longer have to enter the credit card and account numbers as the electronic form captures this information.
“Parents enter their details online using their own computer or at a centre kiosk or tablet and the accuracy is vastly improved as they are not having to interpret handwriting – which often results in a phone call or fax.”
IntegraPay’s Electronic Direct Debit Registration solution which is PCI certified offers a host of other features which include mobile signature, pad compatible and personalised branding.
IntegraPay holds an Australian
Financial Services Licence and provides the eDDR solution to
all business in Australia and New
Zealand.
