2013 Fitness Industry Awards Finalists Announced

A record-breaking number of entrants have ensured the 2013 Awards are the most competitive to date, according to head judge Dr. Nigel Harris. The 2013 finalists represent the truly excellent contributions to health and fitness within the industry.

The 2013 Awards have 20 categories, looking at both individuals and facilities that operate in the fitness/exercise industry, as well as special awards for those outside the industry showing a commitment to health and wellness through exercise.

With the exception of four awards, all awards are based on an application process that is reviewed by a judging panel, with finalists announced here, and the winners to be announced at the awards ceremony on the 23rd November.

The award ceremony itself has proven to be an extremely prestigious. Past guest speakers have included the Hon John Key, Hon Rodney Hide, Hon Murray McCully and Sue Kedgeley. The award ceremony’s MC is fitness and media personality Suzie Clarkson.
