Corporate Traveller Wins at Westpac Auckland Central Business Awards 2013

Corporate Traveller has been awarded the Excellence in Service Delivery Award at the Westpac Auckland Central Business Awards 2013, held in Auckland last night.

Angie Forsyth, brand leader of Corporate Traveller, said she was absolutely thrilled with the award and it was testament to the entire Corporate Traveller team and their passion for what they do.

“Corporate Traveller has gone from strength-to-strength over the past 12 months and to receive this prestigious, local award is an absolute honour. Our team is extremely passionate about offering dedicated personal service to our customers and to be rewarded for doing something we love is the icing on the cake.

“Our travel managers are very proud that we retained close to 100% of our customers from May 2011 to May 2012, a figure that can be attributed directly to the high service levels that we pride ourselves on.”

With increasing client numbers, Mrs Forsyth said that high retention rates of existing customers remains a strong focus and is paramount to the success of Corporate Traveller.

“We specialise in providing full service travel management to companies who want to maximise their travel experience and budget. By offering dedicated personal service, the travel managers at Corporate Traveller are able to build strong relationships with our customers and ultimately, become an extension of their team.”

The Westpac Auckland Central Business Awards 2013 showcased the best-of-the-best in the Auckland Central business community. To take out the award, Corporate Traveller was up against businesses across a wide spectrum of industries, with the Service Delivery Award the largest and most hotly contested of the categories.
