Nelson Real Estate Agent Achieves Elite Performer Status
Local real estate phenomenon, Susa Guhl, is the first person in the top of the South Island region this year to be recognised with Ray White’s prestigious Alan White Elite Performer award.
Ms Guhl, who is the principal and owner of Ray White Nelson and Susa Guhl Partners, says she was honoured to receive the award from the Chief Executive of Ray White NZ, Carey Smith.
“It has been an exciting year with the formation of Susa Guhl Partners and celebrating my twentieth anniversary of selling real estate in Nelson, so receiving the Elite award from Carey last week was just the icing on the cake,” says Guhl.
The Alan White Elite Performer award is presented to salespeople ranked within the top three percent internationally in the Ray White Group, upon achieving a minimum commission threshold.
