Christmas at the Chief Office Building
Property Council Otago Branch is hosting a rare site tour in the enchanting former Dunedin Chief Post Office building as part of its Christmas function sponsored by Ezy Stor Self Storage and supported by Arrow International.
The multi-million dollar project will transform the former 10-storey heritage-listed post office into a 120-apartment hotel and office space. In a celebration of another year, the event will signify the revitalisation of the Chapter’s presence and proactivity in the property and development sector.
Otago Chapter Chairman, Geoff Thomas, says the Otago arm of Property Council is looking forward to stepping up activities in the coming year.
“We will be addressing issues affecting our development community to makes sure we continue our contribution to the growth of the region.”
