Vero NZ appoints new Director
David Flacks joins the Boards of Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vero Liability Insurance Limited on 16 December 2013.
David has significant commercial, governance and strategic experience gained from his years as a leading corporate lawyer, a member of the senior executive team of one of New Zealand’s largest listed companies and involvement in a number of regulator roles.
David is a commercial partner of Bell Gully.
Dr Don Turkington, who resides in Australia, retires from the Boards of Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited and Vero Liability Insurance Limited on 16 December 2013.
“We thank Don for his service to the Boards and his diligent chairing of the Board audit and risk committees and we wish him well for his future endeavours,” says Geoff Ricketts, Chairman of Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited and Vero Liability Insurance Limited Boards.
