Trans-Tasman Resources files High Court appeal
Trans-Tasman Resources (TTR) today filed its appeal in the High Court in Wellington against the Environmental Protection Authority’s (EPA) decision to decline its marine consents for mining iron sands in the South Taranaki Bight.
As the appeal is now before the courts TTR will not be making further comment before the appeal is heard.
