Back to Basics Seminar - Auckland


The Music Managers Forum NZ (MMF) is proud to present a free Back to Basics seminar in Auckland on Monday 20 October for those who are new to management and wish to learn about the fundamentals of the music industry.

The Back to Basics session will focus on all the useful information new managers need to know including contracts, setting up your band’s business, how to put together a strategic plan, marketing and promotion, collating a press pack, as well as advice on how to plan an album release and putting together a tour.

Three music industry professionals will be on hand to share some indispensable knowledge and to answer questions from attendees.

They offer professional development and networking opportunities around the country for people to share and learn from the experience of others, and an avenue through which common problems and areas of concern can be discussed.
