Synapsys expands its Board of Directors with appointment of David Glover as Independent Director

Synapsys, a leading learning and development solutions provider, today announced the appointment of David Glover to its Board of Directors.

David is Principal of Creative Strategies, a leadership and business development consultancy with a focus on education and technology. He holds a number of commercial and not for profit directorships, including Teach First New Zealand and Volunteer Service Abroad, and was previously CEO of state-owned enterprise Learning Media.

“We’re delighted to have David join the team. His background at an executive and governance level in the learning solutions and technology space will be a real asset to the Board.” said Phil Garing, Managing Director of Synapsys.
