St Lukes shoppers take off shoes to celebrate new store launch
On Saturday 18th October at 9am, Number One Shoes’ St Lukes will be celebrating the launch of their new-look store by inviting the public to take off their old shoes at the door and walk in barefoot to find a brand new pair, all for free.
Limited to the first 100 people through the doors, it’s a shoe store opening set to bring excitement and entertainment to central Auckland shoppers.
“Number One Shoes strives to create spaces that are unique and easy to navigate, so it made sense for us to improve and transform Number One Shoes’ St Lukes for our shoppers,” says Nitin Anand, Number One Shoes St Lukes Store Manager.
“We are looking forward to the Number One Shoes’ St Lukes housewarming party which will be first-in, best dressed with a new pair of free Number One Shoes, so be in quick!” adds Nitin.
Shoe lovers can look forward to a complete store makeover with a range of ‘shoe zones’ and spaces that cater to men, women, kids and brides alike. The kids’ ‘shoe zone’ has a play area with fun seating to entertain children while parents shop and the sports section is split into easy-to-find sporting categories.
The Edge FM’s drive show host Clint Roberts will be the in-store DJ and the good folks from Nice Blocks will be handing out vouchers which can be redeemed for a free Nice Block in the St Lukes store. Number One Shoes will also be giving away $30,000 worth of ‘shoe money’, an in-store shoe currency created exclusively for the St Lukes store. Every time a shopper spends $10 they will get $1 of Number One Shoes ‘shoe money’ in return.
