Qual IT Adds Another Industry Star To Its Team

Former KPMG Associate Director joins Qual IT as Consulting Principal

Auckland, New Zealand. 21 October 2014.

New Zealand’s largest independent IT Quality and Test Solutions provider, Qual IT, today announced the appointment of Reg Prasad as Consulting Principal, charged with leading and growing the consulting arm of the company.

“Reg brings a wealth of experience with him across industry verticals and his background in testing and business advisory roles made him a perfect choice to lead our consulting services”, says Angela Nash, Chief Executive Officer of Qual IT.

“We’re experiencing significant growth in demand for our advisory services which go beyond IT testing and add considerable value to engagements with our clients. Reg’s appointment complements and strengthens our position in this space”, Ms Nash adds.

With a career spanning over 10 years, Reg has been involved with companies and organisations in the Banking, Dairy, Government and Consulting sectors and was most recently KPMG’s Associate Director of IT Advisory services.

“The opportunity to set up and lead the consulting services division at Qual IT is a great new challenge for me. I love setting up business lines from scratch and building them up. The Qual IT brand has been around for 10 years and I have followed their growth over that period of time”, says Reg.

“Qual IT is a New Zealand company that knows the market very well and I appreciate the value they bring to every engagement with a client. From my side, I bring a great sense of structure and high-level consultancy and professional services experience that has been enriched during my time in the Big 4 consulting companies’ space”, he adds.
