First Software welcomes newest Cloud ERP customer

Malcove and First Software are pleased to announce Malcove’s successful go-live of First Software’s flagship Cloud based ERP and ecommerce application suite.The six month projectwas a joint effort between Malcove and First Software, and was delivered ontime and under budget.

First Software’s N2 ERPfor Distributorsreplaced two warehouse systems, financials and an ecommerce portal at Malcove – N2 ERP is unique in New Zealand as it is the only cloud based application that supports all back office processes for distributors.

Malcove anticipate a positive return on investment will be generated through being able to add more customers, without adding more staff – in fact the week after go-live Malcove experienced a 150% spikein orders, which the new, more efficient system handled effortlessly. Malcove Managing Director, Allan Pilbrow commented “We selected First Software because we liked and trusted the team and we are very pleased to have our judgement vindicated in what has been a highly successful business transformation project”.

Malcove currently have 25 users on N2 ERP and plan to add more divisions as well as roll out to their Australian operation, which will boost the user count to 100+ within the next 3-6 months.
