New appointment at Mortgage Express
Mortgage Express announces the recent appointment of Fay Cheng, joining the team of Auckland-based Mortgage Advisors.
Originally from China, Fay arrived in Auckland in 2002. She began her financial career as an accountant working for one of the top 500 global companies. Fay’s strong accounting background means she is skilled at managing finances.
“I offer my clients, not only expert mortgage advice, but sound financial planning and an all-round, in-depth understanding of their financial situation,” says Fay.
Based in Auckland, Fay is no stranger to the real estate market, and has for a number of years invested in her own properties, buying and selling owner occupied and commercial properties. Her first-hand experience and knowledge of the Auckland property market, the loan application and structure process, is something she delights in sharing with her clients.
“With my accounting and investment property background, I will help my clients to find the best mortgage solution, while sharing my knowledge and experience of the real estate industry,” says Fay.
“Fay’s strong accounting background, combined with her own experience and professional knowledge of the mortgage industry are valuable skills, beneficial to our clients,” says Sarah Johnston, General Manager of Mortgage Express.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Fay is available to assist her clients with first-home loans, top-up loans, re-financing, re-fixes or re-structured loans.
