Kiwi-owned company JUCY Rentals has been named best in class for car rentals service in the prestigious 2015 Quality Service Award Survey.
JUCY was voted by the New Zealand public to have the highest quality service in the competitive category of car rental companies.
More than 1500 Kiwis nationwide were surveyed on their recent service experiences for the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards, the results of which were released today.
JUCY Rentals came out on top in the rankings, which take into account the level of personalised experience, understanding of customers, simplicity of processes, reliability, and satisfaction.
Chief JUCYfier (CEO) Tim Alpe says the company is honoured to receive the gold award, which reflects JUCY’s commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
