Changes on Plunket Foundation Board

Changes on Plunket Foundation Board

Plunket President Andree Talbot has announced the resignation of Plunket Foundation Chair, Sir Ray Avery.

Sir Ray was appointed Chair in June 2013, and was instrumental in the appointment of a new set of Trustees followed by the official launch of the Foundation in August 2013.

“The Board of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society is grateful for the energy and time Sir Ray has been able to give over the past two years and acknowledge that he now wishes to focus on his philanthropic global healthcare commitments. We would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the Foundation and wish him well in the future,” said Ms Talbot.

A new Chair will be appointed at the Foundation’s next meeting.
