TT Services positions for biometrics-led expansion

Since joining the TUI Group stable, TT Services has swiftly repositioned itself as a major player in the global government-outsourced visa processing services market. Armed with the resources of the world’s largest travel group, the integrated visa processing solutions provider has made key strategic investments in talent and biometric enrolment capability.

According to Managing Director, Debbie Brockbank, “the TUI Group purchase has enabled us to benefit from the size, scale and experience of this over 18Bn Euro global organisation that deals with 30 million travellers annually.”

“We have made large investments in new biometric and shared services solutions”, stated Ms Brockbank, “and over the past twelve months have recruited industry specialists to build a truly innovation-driven service.” This has included a number of key corporate and biometrics appointments, the establishment of a biometrics centre of excellence and the forging of key industry partnerships.

Heading up TT Service’s biometrics push is recently appointed biometrics authority Bill Sillery. Previously a senior advisor to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for its Temporary Residents Biometric Project, Mr Sillery was a solution architect for the UK visa biometric enrollment system and National Identity Cards scheme.

Former diplomat Nicholas Dynon, another recent recruit, is now spearheading TT Services’ business development activities in Australasia. With an extensive immigration background as a civil servant, community sector volunteer, and consultant, Mr Dynon has served with the Australia’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) as a diplomat in Shanghai, Beijing and Fiji.
