TUANZ Digital Journey Tool

Telecommunications Users Association pleased to launch the TUANZ Digital Journey Tool

The Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand (TUANZ) is today launching the TUANZ Digital Journey tool as its looks to help its members to take the leap into the digital future. The tool takes only 10 minutes to complete and enables businesses to quickly see how well they are currently using on-line technology and provides a personalised action plan to help them improve their use of online services, online presence and technology.

“We recognise the need to assist businesses in this new digital economy by identifying ways the can improve their business effectiveness.” said Craig Young, CEO of TUANZ. “The launch of this TUANZ tool also enables us to gauge the overall readiness of our members and will assist us in ensuring our programmes and services are aimed at meeting their needs.”

The Digital Journey assessment has been developed by the Digital Office (www.digitaloffice.co.nz), a not-for-profit organisation, that has been formed to help businesses and communities maximise their use of the Internet. This launch today is the first to be provided by an organisation as a service for its members. The tool can be launched from the TUANZ website (http://tuanz.org.nz/) or by clicking on this link: https://tuanz.digitaljourney.nz/.
