Farrow Jamieson appoints new chairman and partner
Human resources firm Farrow Jamieson has appointed Pip Kempthorne as Chairman of its Advisory Board to help drive further business growth.
Pip brings extensive experience in the area of executive search, recruitment and management consulting, having worked in these fields since 1981. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of a number of well-established and highly-regarded professional organisations including Morgan and Banks Ltd (which he founded), Momentum Consulting Group, H2R Consulting and K2 Consulting.
As well as chairing the Advisory Board, Pip will head up Farrow Jamieson’s FJ Advisory practice, assisting clients on a wide range of issues around the effective use of human capital to maximise shareholder value.
Pip will also join Iain MacGibbon as joint shareholder to strengthen the business’ strategic leadership through its next stage of growth, which includes larger teams in its Auckland and Christchurch offices.
