New faces on Federation's dairy
executive
Federated Farmers' Dairy Industry Group has announced changes to its national executive this afternoon
At the industry's national council in Wellington there was two new delegates elected with one retiring.
Marlborough dairy chair Wayne Langford was elected vice chair to the national executive, while Mid Canterbury dairy chair Jesse Chan-Dorman was also appointed to the executive.
"I'm looking forward to joining the executive and passionate about advocating on behalf of dairy farmers at a national level," said Mrs Chan-Dorman.
Hauraki-Coromandel provincial president Kevin Robinson meanwhile steps down from the executive after serving for five years.
" It's time for me to step aside. I've enjoyed my time on the national executive but it's right that we freshen up moving forward ," Mr Robinson said.
