Development decisions made easier for local property investors
Canterbury Property Investors’ Association (CPIA) is pleased to welcome Context Architects as a major sponsor.
Associate Tim Holmes says Context Architects is thrilled to support the Association and Canterbury property investors.
“We’re passionate about designing developments people want to live in and that deliver good returns on investment. We’re looking forward to helping CPIA members maximise site potential on all sizes of residential developments,” says Tim.
CPIA president, Lewis Donaldson says having such a well-recognised architectural firm aligned to the association is extremely beneficial.
“Context Architects can assist our members to make more educated and higher quality decisions when building homes, developing properties or adding value to houses and properties. We’re absolutely rapt to have them on board,” says Lewis.
Context Architects have offices in Christchurch and Auckland. Within the Christchurch market they work on residential, urban design, interiors, retail, commercial and education, with a focus on residential projects both large and small. In Auckland Context is working on the largest residential development in the country.
Context Architects operate nationally and are known for delivering award-winning, high-quality and affordable developments. Well-designed developments achieve excellent returns. Our experts get this. We design good-looking, quality homes that people want to live in and that deliver great commercial returns.
CPIA offer members regular forums, workshops and clubs, discounts from local suppliers, mentoring, and the opportunity to meet like-minded people with an interest in property.
