Tea towels that do more than just dry dishes
Tea towels that do more than just dry dishes
Garden to Table is a nation-wide programme which teaches food education to primary school children in practical hands on classes. The programme sees kids enthusiastically getting their hands dirty learning how to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal food.
Appropriately as people are busy in the garden preparing summer crops Garden to Table is asking for a little help to support its good work. It is producing a line of two, 100 per cent cotton tea towels to raise funds for the trust – see images attached and below.
The tea towels are $25 each or two for $40 and the sales proceeds will help in the teaching of fundamental life skills to enhance the futures of New Zealand children – available from the Garden To Table website – www.gardentotable.org.nz.
