Shane Ross appointed to Wild Strait General Manager
Newly launched software performance company Wild Strait has appointed Shane Ross to the position of General Manager. Shane has previously worked with Wild Strait parent company Equinox IT as National Sales Manager and most recently has been the New Zealand Key Account Manager for multinational business intelligence and data management company SAS. Prior to those roles Shane had a background in IT consulting and sales with various local and multinational companies including IBM.
In announcing the appointment Equinox IT Managing Director Roger Dalgleish said “6 weeks ago we launched the Wild Strait company and it is an incredibly exciting growth opportunity for us - a specialist software performance company that combines both our leading performance testing services and our Wild Strait Performance Intelligence product.”
“To accelerate the business we wanted a General Manager who understood performance testing and business intelligence and had a unique combination of skills - service delivery management, product management, international business development and product sales.”

Shane knows our performance testing services well, has specialist business intelligence product sales experience and ticks the other boxes we are looking for to successfully grow the Wild Strait business.”
