NZAL welcomes new Wellington-Singapore link
Mai Chen, Chair of New Zealand Asian Leaders,
today welcomed the announcement of the new air route linking
Wellington and Singapore.
Speaking on behalf of the Advisory Board of NZ Asian Leaders, Ms Chen said:
“Wellington is the second most diverse city in NZ, and Singapore is one of the gateways to Asia. The whole of New Zealand will benefit from the stronger economic and cultural links between Wellington and Singapore which will arise from an air link between the two cities. It’s great to see this acknowledged through Singapore Airlines’ decision to fly to Wellington.”
New Zealand Asian Leaders is a professional organisation for Asian New Zealanders who are leaders and for high achieving Asians in New Zealand who aspire to become leaders.
