Sisters come full circle.

Christina and Sarah Pearce grew up in a family of four sisters. They even worked together briefly in Real Estate while at the same time Sarah was also filming for television property shows. In 2011 Sarah then stepped into a national executive role which included heading up an industry wide group for young professionals, while Christina moved into property management and then into a corporate role in recruiting in the industry.

After going their own separate ways for some years, Christina was the first to leave the corporate world to step back into her passion – the fashion industry and start her own business. Not too far behind her, Sarah moved out of her corporate role and started her own business as a professional speaker, coach and social strategist in 2015. Sarah then took on the role of Christina’s business mentor and coach, which was exactly what Christina needed to re-start a business again after some years.

Christina’s boutique designer brand, Lilika Designs, launched its website and online shop on 1 December 2015, and, “with Sarah’s support,” says Christina, is already showing fantastic results and this is only just the beginning. Just over a week later, Sarah launched her first book on Amazon – Online Reputation: Your Most Valuable Asset in a Digital Age. Two big achievements that the sisters are celebrating together. Sarah loves to wear Lilika Designs to her speaking engagements and for her videos and says that, “everything in my wardrobe would be Lilika if I had my way!” Christina is also busy writing her first book on tips and secrets for those ladies who are pressed for time, unsure of how to style and don't want to spend a million dollars to look fabulous. She expects to launch her book in 2016.

The sisters have come full circle and are now both in a space where they are running their own businesses and doing what they love and are most passionate about. When asked what they think is the most important thing about their relationship, Christina replies, “Since we have been back in each other’s lives, we have actually got to know each other, not just as sisters, but as business women as well. We are honest with each other, have each other’s backs and genuinely want the other to succeed. We are both very driven, work hard, but have a lot of fun doing it.” Sarah says, “The fundamentals of our relationship are understanding each other’s obsessive work ethic, respect and good fun.”
