Louis Vuitton to open Queenstown store in Skyline’s new Marine Parade building

Skyline Investments is pleased to announce that Louis Vuitton will open a new store to be located in Skyline’s new building on the corner of Marine Parade and Church Street in the heart of Queenstown.

“We are delighted to be moving to a new location in Queenstown. The fine new building, the unique lake front location on Marine Parade and the quality of other tenants all combine to create a premium enclave consistent with our brand positioning,” says Philip Corne, Chief Executive Officer, Louis Vuitton Oceania.

Joining Louis Vuitton will be the renowned New Zealand fashion brand World, which will be opening its first Queenstown store on the Church Street side of the building.

“We have been looking for the perfect opportunity in Queenstown for a number of years. With the development of this exceptional site we have found it. We are very excited to open our second South Island luxury boutique in what will be a beautiful new building with two iconic brands as our neighbours,” says Benny Castles, Director of World.

Completing the ground floor tenants will be a restaurant and café operated by and connected to the famous Eichardt’s Private Hotel.

“The new building and the brand positioning of our fellow tenants compliment the established premium brand that is Eichardt’s,” says Andrew Cox, Managing Director of Imperium Group, which owns Eichardt’s Private Hotel.
