Local Business Owners Setting Goals for Growth
GrowthCLUB 90 Day Planning Workshops have been part of Wellington’s business education fabric since 2004. In this time 100’s of local Business Owners have attended these quarterly workshops, learning from special guests, networking with like-minded business owners and putting a 90 Day Plan together with the support of experienced Business Coach Gaylene Hughes.
Gaylene has an extremely diverse business and professional background. An accountant by profession and business coach since 2002, Gaylene is committed to sharing her knowledge with a clear purpose: to help people realise their own potential and successfully achieve results. Her company, JDI Business Coaching, represents ActionCOACH in the Wellington region and offers flexible, tailored coaching solutions. “It’s not a one size, fits all sort of deal,” says Gaylene, “but there are a couple of things every business needs. Planning, networking and accountability and that is why I’m still running these workshops 12 years later.”
The quarterly workshops are sponsored by local businesses including Crombie Lockwood and the ANZ bank. Their support enables Gaylene and the JDI Team to attract inspiring special guests to share their stories and lessons with attendees. Past speakers have included agony aunt, chef and traveller Peta Mathias, Australia’s No.1 Hypnotherapist Stuart Walter and sports legend Hamish Carter. Expert Educator and Certified Speaking Professional Karen Boyes will be speaking at the event in March. Gaylene has heard Karen speak previously, “she is an amazing speaker, inspiring and practical.”
The March event will be hosted by ANZ in Featherston St. An investment of $150 +gst will get you into the morning workshop and networking lunch.
