Kia Carnival first with 2016 ANCAP rating
Kia Carnival first with 2016 ANCAP rating
The eight-seater Kia Carnival has become the first vehicle to pass the stringent 2016 ANCAP crash safety requirements, scoring a maximum 5 star rating in the process.
The requirements to achieve a 5 star 2016 ANCAP rating are more difficult compared to those requirements in 2015 and previous years. The 2016 safety rating applies to all variants of the Kia Carnival manufactured from December 2015 on sale in New Zealand and Australia. Vehicles manufactured prior to that date retain a 4 star ANCAP rating.
