Tunstall Healthcare welcomes Di Hobson

Tunstall Healthcare welcomes Di Hobson as Customer Care Manager for Australia

Australasia's leading provider of assistive technology, Tunstall Healthcare, is excited to announce the appointment of Di Hobson as the new Customer Care Manager for their Australian emergency monitoring centre.

Bringing a wealth of experience from her current role as Tunstall's Customer Care Manager for New Zealand, both regions can now benefit from Ms Hobson's knowledge and expertise.

Ms Hobson, who has been working with Tunstall since October, 2013, has been a longstanding pillar of support for the growing organisation over the years.

“Over the last two years with Tunstall, I have supported the expansion of our New Zealand monitoring centre and worked with our team to enhance our customer experience," said Ms Hobson.

"I most enjoy the opportunity to be involved in enriching people's lives through the services and products Tunstall can offer."

After a successful period as Customer Care Manager for New Zealand, Ms Hobson will also embrace the challenges offered by the Australian market.

Her responsibilities focus on the leadership of the 24-hour monitoring centre, a crucial part of Tunstall's connected care offering which provides support and independence to a vast number of older people and those with long-term conditions.

"My new role will mean that I am hands-on, leading the Australian response team and ensuring they have the correct 'tools' to deliver a first class service to our clients," said Ms Hobson.

"I will also have the opportunity to better understand our Australian clients and broaden my knowledge to bring into the New Zealand team."

In terms of prospective opportunities in her new role, Ms Hobson said she would enjoy supporting her new Australian team, as well as getting to know them better and being able to give them the benefit of her experience in customer service delivery.

"For me, it's always about making a positive difference to the clients and the staff," she said.

"Positive challenges will come in the form of changes to technology, new products and a growing customer base."
