Russell McVeagh welcomes employment law specialist to
partnership
New Zealand employment law and health and safety specialist, Kylie Dunn, has today been promoted to partner at New Zealand's premier law firm, Russell McVeagh.
Kylie leads the firm's Employment practice and has advocacy experience at all levels of the court system. Her practice includes advising on relationships with unions (including collective bargaining and industrial action), the protection of confidential information, personal grievances (including misconduct and redundancy), employment issues arising in relation to the sale of a business and professional misconduct/shareholder disputes and her key clients include some of New Zealand's largest employers.
In the recent 2016 Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific guide, Kylie was ranked as a “Star Associate” and was highly rated by sources as “a fabulous Senior Associate who is very capable and experienced.”
