Bell Gully has been named New Zealand Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Asia Pacific Awards 2016.
"This result is extremely pleasing and shows our commitment to working in the best interests of our clients. This is reflected in what our clients tell the researchers," Bell Gully chairman Chris Gordon, commented today. "The firm places tremendous value on its client relationships, some of which have been in place for over a century. This has led Bell Gully to act on a vast array of deals, particularly over the last 12 months, with long standing and new clients."
The Chambers Asia Pacific Awards honour the work of national and international law firms across the Asia Pacific region. They recognise a law firm's pre-eminence in key countries in the region. They also reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.
"We are delighted to be in the distinguished company of the other firms recognised around the Asia Pacific for work in their respective jurisdictions," said Chris Gordon.
The result follows the recent release of the Chambers Asia Pacific rankings, which once again recognised Bell Gully as the New Zealand firm with the highest number of leading lawyers and the most top tier-ranked practice areas.
