Selecting a real estate agent is a decision that can have long lasting impact in a person or family's lives. In New Zealand, finding unbiased information on real estate agent performance has been quite difficult for many. PropertyOnly NZ has recently launched their new Real Estate Agent platform allowing people to share their experiences in a way that can deliver great value to other users. The early response has been enthusiastic.

“We are providing an unbiased platform for people to rate the real estate agents they have worked with,” commented a spokesperson from the company. “This can help real estate sellers and buyers make more informed decisions, hopefully with a greater chance of more positive outcomes.”

According to the company, real estate agents are featured from across the entire county and each profile contains a brief description of their services and experience.
