2degrees scoops Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award fifth year running
2degrees, NZ’s fastest growing total telecommunications provider, was this week awarded Roy Morgan Research’s ‘Mobile Phone Service Provider of the Year’ for the fifth year in a row.
The Roy Morgan Research awards, said to be the country’s definitive annual record of local and international businesses most consistently satisfying their NZ customers, is awarded to those businesses that topped their respective categories by delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
2degrees Chief Customer Officer Mark Cleary said 2degrees has always been devoted to its customers and customer satisfaction continues to be a huge focus for the company.
“We are delighted to have won this award once again. It's fantastic recognition directly from our customers for the great work our people do in serving them every day. Thank you.”
This is the fifth successive year 2degrees has been recognised as the mobile provider with the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry. Out of 21 industry sectors, only three businesses were awarded a fifth consecutive award including Kiwibank for Major Bank, and Apple for Mobile Handsets.
