OnGas named Best Gas Provider of the Year
Leading LPG supplier OnGas has won the Best Gas Provider of the Year at the Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Awards 2016.
Twenty-one awards were presented to businesses that topped their respective categories by delivering outstanding levels of Customer Satisfaction, as judged by over 13,000 Kiwi consumers throughout the year. OnGas is a subsidiary of Auckland-based energy infrastructure company Vector.
“I am delighted that the OnGas team has received this recognition from our customers,” says David Thomas, Vector Group General Manager Gas Trading. “This success is directly attributable to the effort every single member of our team makes every day to deliver great service to our customers. We take pride in it, we’re committed to it and it’s what we do.”
Mr Thomas says that, over the past 12 months, OnGas has introduced SMS/email notifications at the time of delivery, which has been a huge improvement for customers as they know exactly when the product has been delivered. Bottle-tracking barcode technology that supports OnGas delivery and filling is also giving confidence to the company’s customers. “We are able to provide precise information about every cylinder that has been delivered or collected,” Mr Thomas says.
